Agreement

By accessing or using liplusmo.com (the "Site"), operated by Li Plus Mo, LLC ("Li + Mo," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Intellectual Property — Please Read This One

All content on this Site, including all artwork, illustrations, the Lincoln and Monty characters, product designs, photographs, mockups, text, logos, and the Li + Mo name and branding, is the exclusive property of Li Plus Mo, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical print, not the artwork itself. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for reproduction, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any artwork or content from this Site, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. This includes use in AI training datasets, print-on-demand services, or digital products.

Unauthorized use of our artwork or characters may result in legal action. We actively monitor for infringement. Think of us like a Frenchie guarding a favorite toy: mostly relaxed, surprisingly fast when it matters.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or collect data or content from the Site by automated means; or misrepresent your identity in connection with any purchase.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We work hard to display our artwork accurately, but colors may vary slightly based on your screen and the printing process. All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed for unauthorized resale). If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Purchases

Purchases through the Site are also governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

User Submissions

If you send us photos, reviews, comments, or suggestions (including tagging us on social media in connection with a promotion or feature request), you grant Li + Mo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. For example: featuring your photo of your print on our social media. We'll always try to credit you. You represent that you own or have rights to anything you submit.

Photos of your order with your Frenchie are the best kind. Photos of just the Frenchie are also acceptable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Li Plus Mo, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Li Plus Mo, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or its content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving Citrus County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
